God’s Top 10 Essential Life Hacks
God’s Top 10 Essential Life Hacks
- Love comes first. Stop worshiping all the materialistic gods and love your neighbor as yourself.
- Again with the materialism — all you really need is a garden and friends.
- Be excellent to each other.
- Find a consistent time to meditate. A little bit every day is best.
- Love & forgive your parents. They did their best.
- No killing. Start by not killing people. Then, as you progress with this skill, try killing fewer animals, too. You were almost certainly an animal in a prior life.
- Be honest with your partner about your desires. Discuss with an open heart. Heck, it seems polyamory is in again.
- Don’t steal, create. Create from your heart. Create from your soul. Create without fear.
- Don’t lie, not even to yourself. Notice the small lies you tell yourself every day.
- Love yourself. It can be hard, I know. Start by not comparing yourself to others.
About Kirk
I am Kirk Merlin Ahlberg, son of Richard Paul and Marilyn Husby Ahlberg. Grandson of Pearl and Oscar Husby, Eunice and Merlin Ahlberg. Great-grandson of Alfred & Mary Ahlberg, Iver & Ella Iverson, Ole & Mary Husaby, Alfred & Clara Loken. My ancestors came to the USA from Norway and Sweden around the year 1900 AD.
I was born into the suburbs of Minneapolis, MN where I was circumcised and programmed by corporate radio & television, sugared cereal, one-size-fits-all government controlled education, and the polarizing us vs. them tribal worship of regional sports teams.
Since 2015 I have been consciously debugging my own cultural and familial programming, trying to find the real Me that got burdened from birth by conformity and fear.
These are some of my thoughts.
